Shipping
I do combine shipping.  Once a package is shipped I have no control over the postal systems. If an item arrives damaged PLEASE keep the packing it came in, and take pictures. I try to pack every fragile item VERY carefully.
Returns
To receive a full refund items must be returned in the manner they were received.
Items that are new with tags, but be returned unworn with the tags still attached.
Fragile items must be packed with care so they are received unbroken.
Serial numbers on products will be checked to confirm original item was returned.
Once these conditions are met, I will issue a refund.
